That was evident when Trump "edited" Warren's campaign poster & House Republicans booed
@AOC. Which is fine - while they are acting like brats, Dems will be hard at work for the people, doing much-needed oversight & holding the administration accountable. -

Civility? Really! It went out the day he took office.
-
No. Civility began to slip away when .
@SenMajLdr McConnell INFAMOUSLY said on Inauguration Day 2009 that it was his mission to make Obama a 1-term President, followed by the moron CM who shouted, "LIAR!" at Obama during an address to Congress. We do need to get back to civility! -
I think that the only way to return, is for the current Republican "party" to be completely wiped out as a political force
-
I feel like it already has been to a large degree...The former Republican party is now the Trumpian Party. I remember when it was ok to cross the aisle and work with the other side. Now, the other side is the enemy, demonized, villains unworthy. Individual-1 did most of that.

It's hard when you can't even open the government, get healthcare to your family, or are watching the continued immigration disaster. Civility may mean restoring civil control & order over this government before he starts a war. If that means we have to ITMF then lets collaborate

If there was one moment in time and one political figure to use this phrase on, it’s Trump. He is literally giving the middle finger to America, its people and its institutions. Enough pretending civility works with him.

Yeah, good idea putting energy into tut-tutting Democrats, especially after what we’ve endured over the last two years
