Interesting housing development patterns in NY12 too. Rep Maloney had strong support from 3 Queens NYCHA sites (Astoria, Queensbridge, Ravenswood) plus some Manhattan nonNYCHA developments (eg Seward Pk). They’re pockets of blue in areas otherwise won by Patel. Also, StuyTown.
