  6. hard skill acquisition should not be reserved for those who are believed to never do well in school. It is for everyone and anyone. Back to the question, skill acquisition (both soft & hard) is the gateway to being fully employed. We'll talk about if we need more schools soon...

  7. Soft skills like communication, critical thinking, time management, collaborates, problem-solving, adaptability etc. are just as important as hard skills, if not even more so! Soft skills can bolster your hard skills and make you more marketable! Secondly...

  9. Considering the fact that we are called SKILLS Outside School Foundation,l (SOSF)you can easily assume that we sided with the second option but why did we? For too long, skills acquisition has been tied solely to acquiring hard skills like bead making, carpentry, hair dressing..
