As we all know, the Federal and District governments and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) have either issued state of emergencies because of the COVID-19 virus.

The Planning Committee will be meeting with the Omni Shoreham Hotel to discuss the RESCHEDULING of the SNCC 60th Anniversary Convening, and it is the intention of the Planning Committee to discuss an April to June 2021 timeframe for the Convening.

This timeframe is being suggested because of the uncertainty of what is likely to happen with the COVID-19 virus.

In the intervening period -- leading up to next year's rescheduled Convening -- the Planning Committee will be hosting ONLINE SESSIONS to discuss selected topics originally on the agenda for this year's SNCC 60th Anniversary Convening.
