I wonder why the south did not have uprisings or militant movements like in los angeles chicago and new York
Because the FBI and CIA worked hard to disrupt movements from building solidarity in that way. Also timing and the jailing of leaders who were trying to organize across the country affected those goals. Lastly, the organizations in the south weren’t as militant as SNCC (re:Kwame)
