    una lettrice,,mi fa notare che nel caso intercettazioni Stato-mafia,furono distrutti documenti giudiziari.Vero,ma con una procedura pubblica(che personalmente trovo abominevole),nel caso ,la distruzione l'ho scoperta io:nessuno sapeva:

    credo nel caso delle registrazioni sulla trattativa stato-mafia tra Napolitano ( allora presidente in carica) e Mancino. Fu richiesta ed eseguita la distruzione dei nastri.

    Italy has had many judicial scandals, however top Italian prosecutors tell me it never ever happened that a judicial body destroyed key documents about an ongoing case. In the Julian case,it did happen: the did it:

    nella storia giudiziaria del nostro paese è successo che sparissero misteriosamente documenti, è successo che delle "manine" sottraessero documenti, ma i magistrati che ho interpellato mi dicono che non risulta che l'autorità giudiziaria abbia volutamente distrutto documenti

    ho chiesto a magistrati italiani di grande esperienza. Siamo un paese che ha tanti scandali giudiziari, eppure neppure in un paese come il nostro è mai successo che l'autorità giudiziaria distruggesse documenti di un caso giudiziario ancora in corso
