My latest: Three months after the city settled a lawsuit over the dire conditions in the Tenderloin, tents have nearly disappeared and some streets are finally shutting to cars. But drug dealing — neighborhood families’ top concern — is as rampant as ever.https://www.sfchronicle.com/bayarea/heatherknight/article/Tenderloin-tents-are-now-rare-Open-air-drug-15544410.php …

District Attorney
@chesaboudin says cycling dealers in and out of jail doesn’t accomplish anything. He wants to start a new specialty court to prosecute Honduran dealers trafficked here and working for cartels. Also calls for treatment on demand. (How do we not have that yet?)20 replies 3 retweets 50 likesShow this thread -
Replying to @hknightsf @chesaboudin
Trafficked? Typical victim story to gain sympathy. Taxpayers will have to pay for trial, prison and rehabilitation expenses. All I can see is these progressive politicians spend our money to win over their constituents and sacrifice Americans' safety.

So you think these people from Honduras are lying about being trafficked? What do you base that on?

That’s possible. It makes them look like victims, not perpetrators. It helps with their convictions, sentences, etc. Where is the proof that they were trafficked???

I'm not the one saying people who've made sworn statements in criminal court are lying. The burden of proof is on anyone making allegations they are lying. Also, with criminal cases the public has access to court documents. You could look them up to see evidence in each case.

Then you shld know that lying in US court is easy especially when it’s on us to prove they are lying. And especially non-Americans don’t have affinity to our constitution. In addition there doesn’t seem to be any case filed but Chesa Boudin’s video tweets on ‘victim’ narrative.
