Chief Justice Roberts should not administer the special senatorial jurors oath to Mitch McConnell and Lindsey Graham. They should be excluded from voting … They have already disavowed the oath on television before taking it. Repulsive!

The most important question now that Trump has been acquitted is . . . what foreign leader will he be contacting tomorrow to urge, bribe or extort interference in the upcoming election?

NOTE: In voting to convict Trump of Abuse of Power, Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT) made history—per CNN, "He's the first senator in U.S. history to vote to convict a president from the same party in an impeachment trial." So this was the most bipartisan vote to convict a president ever.

Senator Mitt Romney joined 2 independent Senators and all Democratic Senators to convict Mr. Trump of Article I - abuse of power. Every one who voted to acquit has shamed himself or herself and the body of the US Senate for they have collectively failed their oath.

TEAM MEMBERS/ Other members of the House manager team include , , , , and . And of course all their staffs. And of course the Democrats (and the *non-Democrat*) who voted for impeachment in 2019.

This is going to keep happening. The truth will come out, piece by piece. Every time it does, the White House and every Senator who voted against witnesses and evidence should be asked: “Why did you try to hide this?”

Even the GOP Senators who said the case against President Trump was proved beyond doubt voted Not Guilty. How will they look in the mirror or explain to history acquitting a guilty president. Whatever their explanation, he is NOT EXONERATED and yes I know I'm shouting.

Senators who vote to acquit should volunteer to have this chyron used for all TV appearances: "supports coercing foreign election interference" or "opposes congressional oversight" Own your decision. Have courage of your convictions--er, acquittal. Wear the stain with pride.

I hope everyone will join me in thanking and the full team of House managers for putting on a devastatingly compelling case that the president abused power and obstructed justice. The result of all their earnest, honorable labor is a BIPARTISAN vote for CONVICTION.

Sen. Susan Collins () just voted "not guilty" in the trial of Donald Trump. Please consider a donation to her opponent now to let her know she has let us down too many times and must be voted out of office:
