    You could construct this diet based on the same well-understood nutrition facts that allows elite athletes to perform. You could execute your plan with integrity, and not allow it to be swayed unless personal experience or convincing new facts are discovered.

    Or, you could stop approaching nutrition this way. Instead of just eating haphazardly and then adjusting constantly based on trends, new articles, peer pressure, and ads, you could construct a diet based on your mental, physical, and spiritual values.
