what's the problem?
@pharasc2 After cleaning my multimedia pc (~10yo) can't load windows. Pre-windows is just rebooting all the time. I 1stly thought the probles is hdds, but I also tried to load from usb with windows and it didn't work out too

Also the problem is that I can't fully disassemble it, since its so old that i cant even plug-off 24pin power from motherboard, so i can't even test another motherboard i have. Same with hdds.

Feels like your hdd is completely dead, I had the same stuff twice

so it powers up and immediately powers down, or are you getting any blue screens?

Nono, its always powerd. All post codes (i think its them) on motherboard are on. Its juts this screens where u can launch bios, check ur parts etc, that loads before windows.
