Why is ASL going, but GSL don't? Are BW players too cool to get sick of covid19?

Could be variety of reasons I think. From different sponsors for each tournaments, to super tournament being supposed to be played first which would mean more players in the studio than ASL, or simply hesitation to hold offline qualifiers for GSL in the current environment.
Qualis are already done tho (for Super Tournament atleast). And I don't think it's about sponsors. It's both done by AfreecaTV I think.

I think more simply it's just the difference of running something already scheduled vs something that isn't. GSL Super Tourney was scheduled around IEM so it was an improvement for them to delay it as well initially, but now it might be hard to justify creating new plans.
