This is one of the reasons why Twitch is better be blocked on players PCs during high level tournament with no delay streams. My point is you can't use anything if Twitch is completely blocked like it was for example in Kyiv for WCS Circuit stops. Liquipedia is a good thing but anyway admins are the ones to guide you through the bracket
I just see no reason to block liqui and don't block twitch. Easier access to brackets is always a good thing.
