I’m being a massive edgelord on Twitter, this is true. But to be clear, I think there should be 2 requirements for region lock. 1) Citizenship. 2) Residency. Otherwise there’s no point to region lock, bring on the Koreans.

It's really hard topic honestly. Maybe all the WCS Circuit events should be devided exactly by LOCATION, if you can prove it somehow. Like for example I could play ANZ challenger with Russian citizenship if I would live in Australia.
Because for me challenger is about sending the players from far located places to lans, if they are the best from there.
