SEA and NA have separate WCS qualifiers with prize money while there are merely any players above 6k in EU standards, and CIS with around twenty 6.1-6.3 + mmr players have to compete in already fully packed EU qualifiers. Considering amount of viewers from CIS, it's unfair.
Americas is basically splited in 2 challangers as well, while europe is only 1 for such a big amount of players. I think I'd be pretty fair if we will have atleast West EU and East EU for challanger.
