i dont care about tank but tempest isnt a problem. first thing is just toss who have 10 workers more than terran from nothing and also a lot of options to punish terran economy. That why to win you have do timing or cheese. (1/2)
but anyway the main idea for me is that terran is super strong in early game now, while in late game protoss is favored. I'm not sure what to do correctly, but i dont think that this MU is in it's best shape, despite it seems quite balanced and fine.
