actually a very good idea, i think even cost for 2/2 could be reduced for 25/25, and 50/50 for 3/3. I guees it will make terran late/mid game easier enough

hmm upradges are significant in tvz. i mean myself i think bio is trash so it would help aswell but i believe some koreans can still do it

well, i mostly saying for tvp. and what i see that upgrades aren't that popular in this mu since its too agressive and relay on timings pretty much. but upgrades change can help terrans to get tech units a bit faster which can actually help to transfer to lategamer easier

anyway i think that the best thing will be tank nerf and temepst nerf to make pvt actually a macro MU. Ofc at the same time u need to change tvz somehow, but its another story.
