well, i mostly saying for tvp. and what i see that upgrades aren't that popular in this mu since its too agressive and relay on timings pretty much. but upgrades change can help terrans to get tech units a bit faster which can actually help to transfer to lategamer easier
anyway i think that the best thing will be tank nerf and temepst nerf to make pvt actually a macro MU. Ofc at the same time u need to change tvz somehow, but its another story.

i dont care about tank but tempest isnt a problem. first thing is just toss who have 10 workers more than terran from nothing and also a lot of options to punish terran economy. That why to win you have do timing or cheese. (1/2)

Second thing is, not sure if its the conclusion to first problem but toss is always 1 upradge a head and can make high tech units so much easier than terran. (archon/collosus) (2/2)
