and after i sleep this 6 hours, which ofc is a lot less than needed, i cant take a nap although i feel tired af. Even on weekends i randomly wake up for different reasons and cant get enough sleep time.
Hello guys, I need an advise. I have quite a big problems with sleep. So, basicaly, even if i woke up early enough, like 8am, i still cant go to sleep earlier than 2am. And even so, its always super hard to fall asleep, i usually staying at bed for like a hour atleast.

after some days of it i feel super exhausted and depressed, and i dont really know how to deal with that, since i even trying to go to bed earlier, but i still have too much thoughts in my mind and cant fall asleep till 2 - 3 am :(

and i think coz of it i have problems with health. like im getting cold alteast twice in month in the best case. idk, when i have no school and no things to do at morning i can sleep from like 4am to 1 - 2 pm and feel ok, but i dont know how to deal with it when i have schooltime

Do stretches before bed to distract your body and mind from thoughts, then turn lights off so you can't see anything. Also, write down your daily schedule and follow it. Eventually, body will get used to having 8 hours of healthy sleep
