    Yesterday a problem w/ my cells led me to delay an exp. I first told my colleague that it was ‘ruined’. He said: «It’s not! Think about a 🚀 launch: if it’s delayed nothing happens, if it goes wrong something could explode». Made my day.

    Here are some characteristic figures from 2 of these papers. Solid bars in shades of grey, black one on the left, double edged error bars, and Western blots that appear to show bands without the usual smears and irregularities but all the same background.
