What if they could spend even half of it on alleviating poverty in the World and reducing Green House Gases emissions . Why those working for Peace and Conflict Resolution shud not consider think the warmongers create and perpetuate conflicts & prevent their peaceful resolution

And they tell Iran spend your military expenses on education and poverty. That few million $ which we spend is essential for our survival.

If you notice over 50% of this whole circle have bad intentions for Iran. Saudi Arabia and some GC, US, Israel, NATO they are all our potential enemies. Iran is really managing well by spending less than 1% of the military expenses.

Yeah and USA = next 10 altogether. I think China should increase spending on military so they can boost GDP (to surpass USA for #1) & beat up USA when necessary

What wars are being fought and what wars are being deterred? Ronald Reagan said “peace through strength.” What countries have avoided war and why? Does a military presence prevent open hostilities? Or is it because of soft power, diplomacy, or economic sanctions?
