    Also lucky I kept old photos or wouldn’t have proof that your repair not only didn’t fix the issue and broke it in a new way but you also changed the design for the worse and tried to hope I wouldn’t notice after 4 months of waiting.

    If more proof was needed that are full of it, a replacement for half of a delivery from the USA which incurred £4 of vat and £8 over priced fee the first time. The replacement of one half that delivery now incurs £6 of vat and £8 fee ...... that’s not how maths works.

    Nothing worse than making a big decision and then having it go wrong and sour. The inner battle to not spite myself now after a morning of terrible and customer service interactions continues. I may be over sensitive but I’m also not wrong.
