To be honest, for those whom are still relatively new in HR, the exam fee can be cost prohibitive and the cost for classes to recertify the same. Has there been any discussion into price modification to aid in this initiative?

So,
@SHRM &@JohnnyCTaylorJr if you are serious about this commitment, how about providing the Learning System to certification candidates at cost rather than charging $1,000 and making massive profits on the exam preparatory process? Otherwise this pledge is meaningless. -
