Disappointed it took this long to make that decision. Ailes' sexual harassment was exposed long ago, and HR is supposed to be against that.

SHRM is my association and understand exposure, but you have to make sure what you're getting into.

Theyre saying sexual harassment is unacceptable under any terms. If that's an issue you're confused about you shouldn't be in HR.

There's no confusion. The only question for SHRM, which some HR pros ask, is why put ads on Fox News when this has been going for 2-20 yrs?

Amen! Even if NO ONE knew it was happening until the Ailes lawsuits started, THAT is when the ads should have been pulled.

It's not about politics, it's about years of allegations of sexual harassment by the women who have worked there.
