Dthrow fair rarely works. It doesn’t combo and doc can get rested so doc has to space the disjoint of fair. It’s definitely better but it’s still a losing matchup.
I'm aware it doesn't combo. It's just a mix-up. But also, Doc does better but yeah, neutral is still the same besides pills. He just kills better, that's the only difference.
