@SFS_AyRookie stuck in traffic lol. Nobody would describe running this way man. They would just say he went 12 miles in 90 min.
@OXY_Jeez that's kind of true. But at the same time wrong. If you've ever ran on a treadmill, you set the mph. So that's why I asked. Lol.
