I still think it's insane that FChamp got an INDEFINITE ban from anything Capcom related from a joke. That's crazy just thinking about it. More people need to start speaking up. Freedom of Speech and jokes are dying! The mob wins when we let them. Plant your feet and fight back

not even comedians are allowed to get away with anything. like, think about if a comedian popped up joking about killing black people and if you'd be okay with that LOL fchamp isn't a comedian tho, he reps capcom by being a top player in their circuit and he made a shit pr move

That kind of thinking will keep you close minded imo. I think you should be able to make a joke, no matter how distasteful it is. There is a thing called dark humor as well. I understand the ban, just think it's a lot. So if it was a joke about white people being killed, we good?

If a comedian enters violates the Capcom pro tour code if conduct he can also be banned. If f champ wants to do stand up comedy he will not be banned for what he says. He might bomb tho and not get another time slot.

I understand that, but they could've gave him a definite time frame or something. It's still over the top imo. It's honestly sad that companies always pander and can't stand their ground. It's a bad joke, that's it. If he was actually a racist, which I doubt, there's that too.

There's this one Hispanic comedian who used to make fun of every race and he wasn't actually racist but he did it for a "bit" too be funny not everyone would find it funny I personally did cause I can take a joke and as a half Hispanic and half white I thought it was funny

Imo I think if u cant handle a joke its because u want to look at the negative and find another reason to use cancel culture
