official story says he was trying to cash a bad check(turned out to be not true) after being cuffed cops said he resisted but with video from 2 days ago we see him in cuffs not resisting for 6mins before cops trip him up or someone lost balance

once they went to the ground the cop held his foot on his neck until he lost consciousness. Cops are first responders and he did not follow procedures to ATTEMPT to keep the guy alive before ems arrives
