This has been the worst I’ve fet in my entire life. My throat hurts so bad that I can barely eat/drink, and I can only sleep for a few minutes because I immediately wake up if I swallow.

Crush ibuprofen tablets and let them fall on your tonsils. After hat you can eat reall spicy (like Indian/Mexican) food and BLOW YOUR NOSE shortly after. Trust me. I lost 10 pounds when I got that sick in October 2015
I would 100% go to the ER or something if possible. If somehow you have the Corona Virus, Ibuprofen will intensify the effects, so I would consult a doctor immediately. Also, if you do have the virus, ANY NSAID will destroy you. I don't think it's a good idea to guess rn. Be safe
