I keep getting spotty FPS (57-60) when I play on Netplay. Is there better settings I can use on Slippi(FM settings) to better that? When I play offline, it's completely fine btw. Is OpenGL better than Direct?

Well first see if you can run dolphin offline without drops. That narrows it down to either your hardware sucks or your connection sucks. If it's a connection issue: Obviously, wifi is the worst thing ever, so don't use that, but try running an extended ping test to see whats up
It doesn't drop FPS(or rarely I guess?) while I'm offline. But I think COX internet just might have weak connections):

COX is ass, I'm sorry you have them :( I know sometimes ISPs like to route you through nonsense, like my friend and I live a few miles apart, but their connection goes from basically coast to coast, then to me. I'm convinced it's intentional but there's no proof.
