Last Saturday evening I was baptized in the name of Jesus Christ! This is me receiving the holy ghost and speaking in tongues. Been asking for a real experience with God for years. Thank you Jesus.pic.twitter.com/77MzoVvvXo

Is this normal? I was baptized as a child so I'm just curious (:

It's normal if you are baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. You see, most people are baptized by their pastor "In the name of the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit" but they don't use the name of the Father, of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit which is Jesus Christ.

So sadly the baptism has no power because they're not using the name that has all the power. The evidence of the power is speaking in tongues but it doesn't always happen to people that are baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. But they're still saved and will receive gift(s).
