Gets his drugs from 12 year olds.
Presumably an unintended consequence of signalling that both drug offenses and offenses by minors will be tolerated. @chesaboudin

meh. I take what street junkie’s say with a grain of salt Because many are pathological liars. The truth is probably somewhere in the middle I live in the Tenderloin 25 years I haven’t seen 12-year-old drug dealers it’s a possibility though

High schools in SF also have a drug problem, and the supply is often from other kids.

Are you talking about private schools??? Because public schools have been closed for almost a year and a half

Yes, they've been zoom only. I have a daughter in a SF high school. Before the pandemic, she told me that kids knew where to get drugs (pot/pills, etc...). Pot smoke in bathrooms, etc... Private schools friends also talk. Last year, kids still have drug problems & worse prblms

that’s been going on since I was a kid in high school and I’m middle-age. Teens doing drugs at high school is nothing new

Yeah... there's been pot when I was in high school too. HS pot might not be the biggest problem for kids using -- except it may hurt their grades, which matters. & also other drugs get abused. What should get more research and tracking is the effect on kids who do the dealing.
