The main issue is Denuvo, which is shady malware--some antivirus programs automatically delete files that have it.

It's not malware, that's a lie. The problem is launching the game offline, which is impossible atm even with the "fix" (which fixed nothing)

Denuvo is made by same folks that made SecuROM, which Microsoft banned from running on Windows 10 because they found it to be malware.

SecuROM led to a class-action lawsuit against EA, which they had to settle. Microsoft banned it from Vista, 7, 8, and 10 for being malware.
