    It was a pleasure hosting Head of Navy Adm. Gabriel Pérez Garcés where I presented him the Legion of Merit (Degree of Commander). We also discussed regional security, counter-narcotic operations, cooperation between our Navies, and Colombia hosting UNITAS 2023.
