3/4 W. San Marcos Blvd. between S. Rancho Santa Fe Rd. and Discovery St. is closed to traffic. EB traffic on W. San Marcos Blvd. is being diverted either north or south on S. Rancho Santa Fe Rd. WB traffic on W. San Marcos Blvd. is being diverted south on Discovery St.
