UPDATE: Brooks has been found safe by @SDSheriff ASTREA and some citizens on the ground. He has been reunited with his family. We thank the public for their assistance, as well Search and Rescue teams from the Sheriff's Dept. and U.S. Border Patrol. #Teamwork
