This is lovely. I was one of these folks in another state, alone on Christmas, until this year when I can be with my son for the holiday. Bravo to you for taking the initiative.
Thank you @capeannsky. This program saves lives. When no one would answer the daily phone calls, deputies conduct a welfare check. We have rescued seniors who have fallen and could not move. Stay safe. #HappyHolidays!
