We understand you have questions. You are not confined to your home. You can go to work, a grocery or drug store. Walk your dog or get takeout from a restaurant. The goal is to avoid non-essential activities and stop the spread of the virus and avoid further restrictions.
This is ridiculous. There is almost no contact between the hours of 2200 and 0500. This is just Newsome being a dictator and you are playing along. He's trying to get people use to a "curfew" with these hours and then they will expand the hours because this had little effect.
