Releasing any sexually violent predator is the responsibility and decision of the CA Department of State Hospitals @DSHRecruit. Placement location is the responsibility of @DSHRecruit & @SDSuperiorCourt. A public hearing is always held prior to the placement.
Once @DSHRecruit and @SDSuperiorCourt finalize a placement location, the sexually violent predator is placed under the supervision of @LibHealthCorp Liberty Healthcare.
