  All it’s gunna take is this guy moving to a sketchy desert town where the PD doesn’t care to keep tabs on him, he lays low for a few weeks and then saunters back into OC or SD and no one would know otherwise.

  What can be done to send him back to the mental hospital he should never have left? Somebody dropped the ball somewhere, there must be some legal recourse to reverse action! Right?

  Do you think he is the only threat in any town or city? They will just keep moving him around until they dump him somewhere and don’t report it. Then he will be free to roam freely. Sick!!!!!
