Hi @SDSheriff - how does this not involve a gathering as defined in the April 8th order “…any event or convening that brings together more than one person in a single room or single indoor or outdoor space at the same time, including people in multiple vehicles in one location.”
When @SDSheriff Deputies at @SDSOVista heard Joseph was turning 10, we had to stop by & wish him the happiest of birthdays!
