What a great program. My father suffered from Alzheimer’s before he passed away, programs like these save lives. Thank you Sheriff and thank you for keeping people off beaches, citing them will help discourage others and will save lives.
UPDATE - Thank you for looking out for Barbara Welt. She was found safe today (4/5/2020) and is back with her family in Rancho Santa Fe.
