Question if I live at the beach may I walk on the beach with my dog in Imperial Beach on the dog side for exercise. Not stopping only walking. I haven’t but would like to and don’t want to do the wrong thing.

I know I can walk my dog. I was specifically asking about walking on the actual beach location. I’m not trying to be one of those people adding to the problems. Thank you for your response and service.
