2 of the 3 phones in the Booking Area at Las Colinas Women’s Detention in Santee, CA are still broken. Middle and Left phones are broken. Arrestees can’t call loved ones, friends or Bail Agents when the phones are broken. We can’t hear them. Please repair the phones. @SDSheriff
