You read my mind today... Ag subsidies tend to go to factory farms who grow mono cultures of crops for biofuel. Funny that politicians are speaking now of the environmental benefits of them.

There's no mention, however, about the carbon released from the soil when it's tilled, only the difference in biofuel & petrolium. Factory farms are not using sustainable practices. It's a vicious $ cycle with tax payer dollars.
