The United States just filed its brief in the major constitutional challenge to the Affordable Care Act that will be argued next term. The ACA is deeply flawed. I do a lot of freelance work and was on it for 3 or 4 years. It can be helpful for those with steady jobs, but not when your income fluctuates. I got burned every year because I'm not psychic and able to give my income amount.
