    It was far more targeted that union members. It was aimed directly at Members of Militant, and other socialist who organised industrially and politically. Absolutely scandalous in a democratic society

    Mark Kennedy made at least 14 authorised trips to Scotland. Did Scottish police forces know? No current inquiry is looking into this. No inquiry is asking "are active in Scotland right now?"

    This seems to be a pattern with counter-democracy policing - the secret state sign the contracts and pay the foreign while MSPs, MPs, TDs, Members of the Bundestag, etc are kept completely in the dark.

    The three Police will now be subject to monitoring from Counter Terrorism Command. They will be followed by a Surveillance Team, their mail & electronic mail will be intercepted. Highly likely intrusive facilities will be deployed.
