HK violent rioters regardless of their ages should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. On the other hand, we should trust HK law is lenient and liberal enough to take their young ages as exculpatory evidences when considering the sentences!

it's their treatment AFTER arrest that worries most ppl..and please get away from blaming parents who the hell knows where their kids are or up to in the middle of the day...I know my parents didn't and I didn't turn out to bad...let the social workers take over is exactly right.
