Well said! The police, as a law enforcing entity, is granted privileges in carrying arms and even live ammunition for the sake of maintaining public safety. They should be subjected to a higher level of scrutiny because of that.

Police (1) use excessive and unproportionate force (2) caused irreversible serious injuries (3) sexually assaulted, suspected of having raped and murdered (4) dehumanized (5) acted out of emotion and hatred (6) paid by taxpayers' money but betrayed their oath and professionalism.

On the other hand, protesters are generally peaceful. They acted out of passion for freedom and democracy. But the government never listens. Protesters are not to be blamed. The evil government which led to the series of protests is to be blamed.
