It’s a planned action by the HK government and the MTR to trouble the general public. Take the LRT which served as the main transportation for the North-west region, limited service on 6 Oct even nothing being seriously damaged.
That appears to be the best non-violent thing to do. Next use fines collected from criminals to pay for damages.
