I feel safe with the protesters, but i don't feel safe with the government and police. Seems they only remember rule of law when i have to pay my tax !

I understand your Passion, but am unable to accept it when angry Young Protestors smash the glasses off the faces of Older Adults who want them off the Train or disagree with their reasons for Violence and Destruction. I knew HK when there was respect for Elders - and Police.

Elders are fighting with young protestors because they don't want to see their children and grandchildren without freedom! The young protestors are telling them to stay back and to let them (the young people) handle the confrontations with the police! They are taking care of thempic.twitter.com/dK8YruUxs3

HK Media fabricated & highly exaggerated regarding police brutality ,these 'Millennials thugs ' have been far more violent towards them & attacked several tourists & staff in & around all mainline MTR stations during their previous airport occupation!!!

Thanks for the opinion but no thanks. I would put off my plans to visit HK anytime now and in the near future.

HK might still have a soul, if not RnB or whatever, though I thought it was more of Canto-Pop Denise Hoe style, BUT chanting American anthem begging Trump to "Make HK Great Again" only shows the level of paranoia and totally distorted sense of reality for "some", if only a few.

Even before the protests, the visual experience between Singapore and Hong Kong are world’s apart.
